This monthly plan is designed to help you manage your health without additional strain on your finances. The monthly service also covers basic labs. Direct Primary Care starts at age 16. This is due to the vaccinations children require up through this age are best regulated for timing through their pediatrician.
Is there a contract for Direct Primary Care?
Yes, there is a 3 month minimum for the Direct Primary Care Membership.
What types of things does the Direct Primary Care Membership cover?
Chronic illnesses that need regular check ins and follow ups. If you are a diabetic or a patient with high blood pressure for example, those conditions must be monitored regularly to ensure your levels are stable and to address any medication needs or changes. High cholesterol patients are another good fit for routine primary care.
